"Big" Ian Donaghy has a varied CV that includes roles as Bouncer, Special school teacher, Successful musician, Author, Innovator and Speaker. Now at just under 17 stone (the lowest since the days of Wham he claims) he sometimes misses the additional 12 stone he used to carry around, particularly on cold days.
Writer of the books DEAR DEMENTIA and THE MISSING PEACE, he has also developed initiatives such as "Xmas Presence" to combat loneliness in older people at Christmas. He also created "A Night to Remember" – the UKs largest musical event to raise awareness of Dementia. He has developed a free campaign #Dementiaisateamgame which has involved the likes of the Hairy Bikers, Barry Mcguigan & Frank Lampard
Ian won the Innovation in Dementia Care Award 2018 and is a previous Care trainer of the year.

Jeff has been heavily involved in developing professional qualifications, examinations and training within the long leasehold sector. Siobhan McGrath, President of the First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber
Judge Siobhan McGrath was appointed as President in July 2013. She was previously the Acting President prior to the Chamber becoming part of the unified tribunal structure. She was called to the Bar in 1982 and appointed as a part-time chairman of Social Security Tribunals in 1996. Between 2000 and 2013 she was the Senior President of the Residential Property Tribunal Service. Since 2010 she has been a Recorder in civil and chancery jurisdictions. She is also a judge of the Upper Tribunal Lands and Tax and Chancery Chambers.
Andrew Bulmer BSc FRICS FIRPM, CEO, Institute of Residential Property Management
A Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andrew started his residential PRS and leasehold management practice in 1995, selling in 2011. Andrew was UK Residential Director at RICS from 2013-2016, before taking the CEO role at IRPM, the UK's leading provider of professional qualifications and learning in the leasehold management and Build-to-Rent sectors. Katrine Sporle, The Property Ombudsman
Katrine Sporle CBE took up her current post as The Property Ombudsman on 1st November 2015. Previously, Katrine was Chief Executive of the Planning Inspectorate for England and Wales (2003-2011), which involved being responsible for all aspects of the Government Executive Agency, 1000 members of staff and a £60m budget.
Prior to that, Katrine was Chief Executive of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for eight years. She provided inspirational leadership to develop the potential of the Borough as a whole, gaining a reputation for economic, cultural and social success.
